April Fool's
I saw on Alice's gmail that her husband Jared tried to play an April Fool's joke on her by wrapping the toilet seat with saran wrap. It didn't work, she was smarter than that. However it made me laugh and gave me an idea.
I thought it would be funny to try it out on Rick. However, I forgot to do it after work on the first, so I ended up doing it on the second instead.
I wrapped the toilet seat with saran wrap and put the lid down. I was surprised at how good it looked. You couldn't even tell there was saran wrap. The next trick was to figure out how to get Rick to go to the bathroom with out putting the toilet seat up and with the light off.
This is how it went down. I picked Rick up from the Bart station after work and told him that the bathroom light was out. He said "Let's stop by the store and get a bulb". I told him that I would pick one up at Walmart tomorrow, and that the dim light was working still. I then went on to say that I have been trying real hard lately to put the kitchen scrubber into the holder rather than leaving it in the sink and asked him to try a little harder to quietly put the toilet seat down after using it (these are both things we have been working on lately). I then suggested that maybe he should think about keeping the toilet seat down when going to the bathroom. He started laughing. He couldn't believe that his wife was telling him to keep the toilet seat down while going to the bathroom. He thought that was the coolest thing ever. He was cracking up in unbelief and I was cracking up thinking I can't believe I might pull this off.
We got home and the bathroom light was off and the dimmer light was on. You couldn't tell at all. Rick walked in and used the bathroom and didn't lift up the toilet seat and all the sudden the pee hit the saran wrap and bounced up. Rick couldn't figure out what was going on. A few seconds later we both started cracking up. He thought it was a great joke and I couldn't believe I actually was able to pull that joke off on a guy!

That's awesome. Way to go for pulling it off. Later that day I noticed Jared had did the toilet in our other bathroom (kind of a mean joke on a pregnant lady). I had to whiz so bad that I didn't notice the saran wrap until I sat down. I had to get up and run to the other toilet. My mom was over that day and I'm glad that she didn't fall for it!
I hacked into Jared's Facebook account and put up a photo of him as a kid....but he took it down. Too bad.
That's so AWESOME! I can't believe he fell for it! It's a good thing he has a good sense of humor and look out in the future for pay back!
LOL! Tell him not to talk about that at priesthood so I can try and get derek!! You are my hero!
Once a prankster always a prankster. I had no doubt you could pull this off.
Can't believe Rick went for that one! So ummm...who had to clean it up?
I think if I did this to James he would get pretty ticked off. Good job pulling this off!
